We are a breeds conservancy farm, certified Animal Welfare Approved and we practice the Juliette de Baïracli Levy method of animal husbandry. We raise heritage breeds of chickens and a closed herd of Jersey-Devon cows. We do not use chemicals nor fertilizers and our livestock grazes freely, 24/7/365. All of our provisions are seasonal and our quantities fluctuate sometimes due to inclement weather but in a perfect year we; are prolific in eggs Spring-Autumn, less abundant in raw butter and raw cheeses in Winter, we offer Pastured Poultry in the Fall and we commence Pastured Turkey Pre-Orders in October for Thanksgiving and Christmas. We collaborate with colleague Florida pasture raised farmers to give more people greater access to Florida Farms and strengthens Florida’s agricultural self-sufficiency. Most people understand why the tomato grown and harvested closest to the salad plate tastes better and is far more nutrient.
