MicroGreens Broccoli

Calabrese Broccoli sprouts are booming with 60 times the Sulforaphane (and other antioxidants) as full grown broccoli! These MicroGreens have a broccoli taste, with a hint of bitterness. The slightly bitter taste is due to the presence of the phytochemical compound Sulforaphane, which is actually very beneficial to your health because it cancels out free radicals.
