Your ancestors would recognize the taste, the fragrance and appreciate our cream-top, dense and tangy Raw Milk Heirloom Yoghurt because our culture is so old, it was invited to Turin, Italy for Slow Food Terra Madre 2016! Our yoghurt is made from the original culture our mother inherited from her grandmother, pre 1959. Many of you enjoyed our mother's yoghurt and waited in long lines for it 2007-2024 and to our dismay, a customer contacted us recently to share they had sealed, un-opened pots of mom's last batch of yoghurt from 2024!

To keep mom's culture thriving, we're making small batches for a limited time. Our yoghurt making is mesophelic to keep the milk raw while fermenting 24-36 hours, which preserves the living probiotic strains (180 billion CFUs per 16oz); Lactobacillus Bulgaricus, Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Lactococcus Lactis ssp. Cremoris, Streptococcus Thermophilus, Bifidobacterium Bifidum, Lactobacillus Paracasei.

Hundreds of customers and numerous local vet clinics over 17 years have shared remarkable testaments. We encourage you to use our yoghurt to make your own at home, so that you're not dependent on purchasing it from us.
